Eileen Atkins

Eileen Atkins is a British writer and an award-winning film and theatre actress. Among her accomplishments are the creation of two television series, including the concept for an original television series, created with Jean Marsh, titled Behind the Green Baize Door, which became the award-winning series Upstairs, Downstairs. Eileen Atkins has appeared in the films The Hours, BErtie and Elizabeth, A Room of Her Own, Gosford Park, Jack and Sarah and Wolf.
