Edward, My Son

Edward, My Son is a 1949 film which tells the story of a man who will commit any crime in order to make his son a success, even driving away his wife in the process. It stars Spencer Tracy and Deborah Kerr. The movie was adapted by Donald Ogden Stewart from the play by Noel Langley and Robert Morley. It was directed by George Cukor. It was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress (Deborah Kerr).
