Dwight Freeney

Dwight Jason Freeney (born January 4, 19781 in Hartford, Connecticut) is an American football player who current plays defensive end for the Indianapolis Colts. He was drafted by the Colts out of Syracuse University with the 11th pick in the first round of the 2002 NFL Draft.

  1. There is some confusion as to whether Dwight Freeney's birthdate is January 4, 1978 or February 19, 1980. However, the NFL's web site lists Freeney's birthdate as January 4, 1978, which is what is listed here.
