Dunadd

Dunadd is an Iron Age hillfort near Kilmartin in Argyll, Scotland. Formerly an island, it now lies inland on the River Add. The site was originally occupied by the Picts, and later became the seat of Dalriada under Fergus I. It is known for its stone carvings, including a footprint and basin thought to form part of Dalriada's coronation ritual; also a sketch of a boar, and writing in ogham script.
