Dizzy Devil is a funny animal fictional character on the animated cartoon television show Tiny Toon Adventures. He is a young Tasmanian devil with a propellered beanie and two different-colored eyes. He will eat anything and speaks in slobbering, monosyllabic outbursts. His mentor is The Tasmanian Devil. Buster, Plucky, and Hamton actually tried to civilize him, and it worked--but Dizzy was unhappy and begged to be his old self again.
