Dede Lind

DeDe Lind born Diane Lind 15th April 1946 in Los Angeles, is a glamour model famous for her 1960s nude appearances in Playboy magazine. In 1961, Lind was discovered by photographer Leon Beauchemin while frequenting a local pool in Burbank. She later appeared twice on the cover of Teen magazine and was invited to several TV shows. At 18, photographed by Mario Casilli, she was selected to be Playboys Miss August 1967. The magazine received a record number of fan mail. She became one of the most popular Playmates of the 1960s. She appeared in the December 1979 issue of Playmates Forever and, in the early 1980s, in the first "Playmate Playoffs" special issue. Her video appearances for Playboy included her Race Horses and a frontal-nudity appearance on a sailing yacht. Retiring in 1985, she moved to Florida, but appeared in 1994 at Glamourcon and in Playmates Revisited. In February of 2004, she was interviewed by Glamourcon. She also maintains a Web site.
