Cupar

Cupar is a burgh in Scotland and is the capital of Fife. It was the site of the first Scottish Parliament, organised by Alexander III in 1276. Notable buildings in the town include the Hill of Tarvit and the Scotstarvit Tower. A town in Saskatchewan is named after Cupar.
