Commander Farsight (Warhammer 40,000)Shas'O Vior'la Shovah Kaius Mont'yr, aka Commander Farsight, is a Tau Fire Caste commander from the Tau sept of Vior'la. A great commander during the aftermath of the Damocles Crusade led by the Imperium of Man, Farsight won fame as being an Ork Fighter. O'Shovah's Ethereal was killed during the reclaiming of Tau planets, and he came upon the Dawn Blade (a large artifact sword found on Arthas-Moloch, a dead world). O'Shovah is still said to be leading the Farsight caste (a group of faithful Fire Warriors), though this would make him more than 300 years old, far longer than the average life expectancy of a Fire Warrior. Modeling In game terms, O'Shovah can be taken as an HQ choice for a Tau army. Farsight Caste armies have a small boost in hand-to-hand combat skills, but cannot take certain units such as Gun Drones, Ethereal Caste members, or Kroot. In addition, some elite units count as 0-1.
