Cleveland Crusaders

The Cleveland Crusaders was an ice hockey team that played in the WHA in Cleveland, Ohio from 1972-1976. The team played in the Cleveland Arena from 1972-1974 and then in the Richfield Coliseum from 1974-1976. The team moved to St. Paul, Minnesota, becoming the Minnesota Fighting Saints in 1976 when the California Seals moved to Cleveland, becoming the Cleveland Barons. Notable players included Gerry Cheevers.
