CholadoThe Cholado is like a cold drink, it could be made from crushed ice and mixed with artificial flavors which give color to it, like orange , red or purple, and at the top have a small amount of sweetened milk. It can also be made from crushed ice and natural fruits mixed together; the fruits will be cut in small pieces and added to the mix, the fruits used in this case could be: maracuya, lulo, lemon, rasberry, strawberry,babanas, orange, etc, and at the top the same sweetened milk.
