Chart Of Accounts

A chart of accounts is a list of all accounts tracked by a single accounting system, and should be designed to capture financial information to make good financial decisions. All chart of accounts assign an ACCT number to every account it lists, and contains of the following account categories: Assets, Liabilities, and Equity.
