Cerulean CityCerulean City is a fictional in-game city from the Pokemon video games. Places of interest - Cerulean City gym is led by Misty, and hosts water Pokemon. In Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Firered, and Leafgreen Misty will have a Staryu and a Starmie, but in Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Crystal she will host more powerful Pokemon such as Lapras and Omanyte.
- The Trader's House is only famous in Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Firered, and Leafgreen for hosting a man who is crazy about trading his rare Pokemon for common Pokemon. In Gold, Silver, and Crystal, the man, if talked to, will tell you he lives happily with his traded Pokemon (the Pokemon will be in the background).
- Bill's House is just off of Cerulean City, at the most northeastern point in Kanto. In Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow he asks you to turn him back into a human (he turned himself into a Pokemon), but in Gold, Silver, and Crystal you only meet his family (since Bill is in Goldenrod City). In Red, Blue, and Yellow he gives you a ticket for the S.S.Anne.
- The Bike Shop is only important in Red, Blue, and Yellow. If you get the Bike Voucher from Vermillion City, here you can get your bike.
- The Unknown Dungeon is the legendary place where you find Mewtwo in Red, Blue, Firered, Leafgreen and Yellow. It's blocked by a guard from the Elite Four until you defeat your rival at Indigo Plateau. In Gold, Silver, and Crystal it's entrance is flodded by water, so you cannot access it, though you get a rare item from the water.
Town history throughout the games Cerulean City does no change much from Red, Blue, Yellow to Gold, Silver, and Crystal, except for the Unknown Dungeon's entrance becoming flodded and the Bike Shop moving to Johto.
