Central Java

Jawa Tengah (Central Java) is a province of Indonesia. It lies on the island of Java, between the provinces of East Java and West Java. Its capital is Semarang. The population of Central Java is 30.851.144 (2000 census), making it the third most-populous province in Indonesia.
