Carlos Ferrero

Carlos Ferrero Costa (born 1941) is the current Prime Minister of Peru. His predecessor was Beatriz Merino, who resigned on December 15, 2003 at the request of President Alejandro Toledo. Before he became prime minister, he had been speaker of the Peruvian congress. He worked for former President Alberto Fujimori. After he was in disgrace he passed to the opposition party.
