Ca Monarcas Morelia

Club Atltico Monarcas Morelia, also known as Monarcas Morelia or simply Monarcas, is a Mexican professional football club. Monarcas Morelia plays in the Primera Divisin de Mxico. The team is owned by the TV broadcasting company TV Azteca. Monarcas Morelia is based in Morelia, Michoacn, and plays its home games in Estadio Morelos. The Monarcas ascended into the first division in 1981, and won the Apertura 2000 tournament.
