C. L. Otter

Clement Leroy "Butch" Otter (born May 3 1942), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 2001, representing the 1st District of Idaho (map). He was born in Caldwell, Idaho, was educated at Alberston College of Idaho, served in the Idaho Army National Guard, and was a business executive, member of the Idaho House of Representatives and Lieutenant-Governor of Idaho before entering the House.
