Bubilas

Bubilas is a masculine deity in Lithuanian mythology. Based on scant sources, some mythologists have reconstructed it as one of the Lithuanian household gods, a god of bees. According to the reconstructions, people sacrificed honey for Bubilas. They believed that doing so would make bees swarm better. Bubilas is the husband of Austėja.
