Brynmawr

Brynmawr (Bryn-mawr) is a market town in the county borough of Blaenau Gwent, traditional county of Brecknockshire, mid Wales. The arrival of mining and the iron industry in the early 1800s transformed the settlement from the small village of Gwaen Helygen into a prosperous town.
