Bonaventuregasples-de-la-madeleinepabok

BonaventureGasples-de-la-MadeleinePabok was the name of a federal electoral district in Quebec, Canada. It was created in 1996 as GaspBonaventureles-de-la-Madeleine from Bonaventureles-de-la-Madeleine and from Gasp. It was abolished in 2003 into Gaspsieles-de-la-Madeleine. The district consisted of the cities of Chandler, Gasp, Grande-Rivire, Murdochville, New Richmond and Perc, as well as the Regional County Municipalities of Bonaventure, La Cte-de-Gasp, Les les-de-la-Madeleine and Pabok.

The riding was one of the more federalist in eastern Quebec. Bernier only narrowly won in 1997 over Patrick Gagnon of the Liberals, and did not run again in 2000. Farrah won the open seat handily.
