Biggar, Scotland

Biggar is a burgh in South Lanarkshire, Scotland, situated near the River Clyde. it has several museums, including the Moat Park Heritage Centre, the Gladstone Court Museum, the Greenhill Covenanters Museum, the Biggar Gasworks Museum and a puppet museum. Hugh MacDiarmid lived near the town, as did Ian Hamilton Finlay.
