Beverley Mclachlin

The Right Honourable Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin, P.C., B.A. (Bachelor of Arts), M.A. (philosophy), LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws), born in Pincher Creek, Alberta, Canada on September 7, 1943. She was appointed Chief Justice of Canada on January 7, 2000, the first woman to hold that position in Canada.
