Bert Ambrose

Bert Ambrose (Benjamin Baruch Ambrose) (September 15, 1896 - June 11, 1971), usually just known as Ambrose, was a British musician of the swing and dance band era. Born in London, Ambrose emigrated to the United States as a young man, and played with some bands there before returning to England and leading his famous band there. Ambrose died in Leeds.
