Battle Of Guiling

A battle happened between the states of Qi and Wei in the Warring States period. In 354 B.C, the army from Wei were sieging Handan city, the capital of Zhao. The next year, Zhao turned to Qi for help. Tian Ji and Sun Bin, acting as co-commanders of Qi, led an army to save Zhao. Judging the most sharp army of Wei are sieging Handan, Sun Bin led the army directly into Wei, toward its capital Daliang. As Pang Juan, general of Wei, led the army backward to Daliang, Sun Bin arranged his army in Guiling and defeated the Wei army on their way. Pang Juan was seized by Sun Bin. Guiling
