Bastards is the first studio album Motrhead has recorded with their new drummer Mikkey Dee. After their only (and unsuccesful) major label release (the 1992 March or Die, released on WTG), they went back to their roots, being loud and fast. "Born To Raise Hell" was later recorded with Ice T and Whitfield Crane and remains as one of Motrhead's most popular songs to date.
