Balmaseda

Balmaseda (Basque language; the formerly-used Spanish name was Valmaseda) is a town in the Encartaciones/Enkarterriak region of Bizkaia, Basque Autonomous Community, Spain. It is located approximately 15 miles southwest of Bilbao. One of its local schools is called IES Balmaseda.
