Arthur Henry Adams

Arthur Henry Adams was born in Lawrence, New Zealand, and educated at Otago University, studying law. He abandoned law, working as a journalist, in New Zealand, London and Sydney, covering the Boxer Rebellion in China in 1900 for an Australian paper. In 1906, he took over from A. G. Stephens as editor of the Bulletin's Red Page. In addition to his poetry, Adams wrote both plays and novels.
