Armagh Observatory

Armagh Observatory is an observatory in Ireland, based in Armagh, Northern Ireland. It was created in 1790 by the then Archbishop of Armagh, Richard Robinson. The centre is a regional base for astronomical research. It is not to be confused with the Armagh Planetarium (a public exhibition), which is however under the same overall management.
