. Campbell has been MP for the city since
1992
, and claims to be the first Labour MP to have had a website. In

she resigned as
Patricia Hewitt
's PPS to vote against the
Iraq War
. Before she became an MP she was a councillor on
Cambridgeshire
County Council
, and head of statistics and data processing at the
National Institute of Agricultural Botany
. She was educated at
Newnham College, Cambridge
, reading mathematics.
