Anand PanyarachunAnand Panyarachun (born August 9, 1932) was Thailand's Prime Minister twice, between 1991-1992 and once again in 1992. He was first instituted as PM right after a military coup led by General Suchinda Kraprayoon and again after General Kraprayoon's government collapsed in less than two months. Mr. Panyarachun was simply a place holder during this period of political unrest and has never been elected into such an important public office by the people.
