Alain Sailhac

Alain Sailhac is the Executive Vice President and Senior Dean of Studies at the French Culinary Institute in New York City, where he has been since 1990. An extremely accomplished chef, Sailhac earned the first ever four star rating from The New York Times while at Le Cygne in the 70s. He went on to be a chef at Le Cirque, The '21' Club and The Plaza Hotel.
