Akal Takht

Akal Takht is the second most holiest shrine of the Sikhs. It sits directly in front of the Golden Temple. The Akal Takht was made by the Sikhs' 6th Guru, Guru Hargobind Ji. The Akal Takht is made so that the Sikhs can discuss temperal issues (issues about this temporary world, realtionships, hot topics, etc) whereas Harmander Sahib (Golden Temple) is made for Spiritual discussions, etc.
