Adamstown, Pitcairn Island

Adamstown (named after Bounty mutineer John Adams) is the only settlement of Pitcairn Island and by default the capital of the Pitcairn Islands. It is located in the central north of the island and has a population of around 40 (out of a total of 50 for the entire island). Adamstown is the smallest official capital in the world.
