Adamawa Plateau

The Adamawa Plateau (also spelled Adamaoua) is a plateau region in west-central Africa stretching from south-eastern Nigeria through north-central Cameroon (Adamawa Province) to the Central African Republic. The Adamawa Plateau is the source of the Benue River.
