28-Bit

28-bit is a term applied to processors, and computer architectures where the databus is 28 bits wide. The only significant 28-bit computer was the Norsk Data ND-505, which was essentially a scaled down 32-bit machine. The reason for scaling down was to be able to sell it to Iron Curtain countries, avoiding the then CoCom embargo on 32-bit machines.
