Betws-y-Coed

Betws-y-coed

Between the Gwydyr Forest and Conwy Falls, the charming little town of Betws-y-Coed is an excellent base for trekking in Snowdonia. The best treks are in the forrest and from there up to Moel Siabod (a mountain). For shorter walks Conwy Falls and Swallow Falls are good targets.

Betws-y-Coed is connected by train to Porthmadog.
