Conwy

Conwy, Wales is in the north.  It's a lovely town, and unique because it is, if I remember correctly from my visit, the only town that is still contained inside the walls of it's parental castle.  The Conwy Castle walls are still completely entact and enclose the town.  It's amazing to see and with the entrance fee to the castle, you can walk the entire wall.  It is absolutely incredible.   I highly recommend a visit here.  It is especially convenient if you are driving and want to go to Dublin because Conwy is on the way to the town where you get the auto ferry to Ireland.
