De Koog

De Koog is Texel's main beach resort. It is a nice place to stay, located at some 500 meters only from the North Sea shore.  It has a well equiped shopping centre and there are lots of sunny terraces, also directly on the seaside.
EcoMare information centre and the National Park Dunes of Texel, are immediately south of De Koog village.
