Pisa What shall I tell about the Pisan sights. Nearly nobody won't know the Leaning Tower and the other builings of "Campo dei Miracoli". But Pisa offers lot more than only this - I admit its unique and marvellous - large piece of lawn with its four buildings. Just to make you curious: Pisa has more than only one Leaning Tower, more than only one Gothic church and even more cemeteries (in fact it really has only a single baptistry). The Arno river and especially the river banks of Pisa are hemmed with architectural treasures: the church "Santa Maria della Spina", the national museum "San Matteo", "Le Logge di Banchi", the old citadel "La Cittadella Vecchia e Torre Guelfa" or the church of "San Paolo a Ripa d’Arno" are only few things to mention. Not yet mentioned the several palazzi and bridges.
