Ceriale

The trekking path called "Via Julia Augusta" is the ancient roman road which passed nearby on his way to Albenga. A view of the real ancient roman pavement is shown here. Some people in Ceriale still remembers the ancient stone road path now disappeared. The itinerary has been completely restored and it takes about 1 hour if you go running and 2, 3 or 4 if you enjoy the panorama, just above the sea level and the many roman ruins along the walking with a full immersion in olive trees and other wonderful mediterranean vegetation.
