Jacobabad Jacobabad is situated on Sind Baluchistan border. It is a district of sind province of Pakistan and is liklely tobe divided into two districts by the end of 2004 by creating another district comprising if its two tehsils namely Kandhkot and Kashmore. It is famous for scrorching heat during the summer season.It is also known for a notorious custome of KARO KARI by which a relative is allowed to kill a man or a women if he comes to know of their relations, no matter the nature of relations is pious. This custom is being promoted by a MPA Mr.Manzoor Panhwar and Mr.Sher Muhammad Khan Bijarani, the uncle of Nazim of District council of Jacobabad
