Ukhrul is about 80 kilometers to the east of Imphal. It is the district headquarter of East-Manipur and. besides that, also the highest hill station of Manipur. Good places to spend the night are Circuit House, Hotel Iceland, Hotel Soso and Hotel Rebekah.
